I'm Lara Weasea—a Northwest native, second-generation real estate broker, and proud member of Lake & Company, a top-producing, independent brokerage rooted in community values. Real estate has been part of my life since childhood, and today, I’m honored to be among the top brokers in both my firm and the Northwest MLS. My approach is built on authenticity, trust, and personalized service—qualities my satisfied clients consistently recognize and appreciate.

Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about giving back. I currently serve on the board of a nonprofit in Guatemala that supports local women launching their own businesses—work that inspires me every day. I’ve also had the privilege of serving as a Director on the Board of Realtors® and as Chair of the Seattle First Citizen Awards Banquet, which honors exemplary community leadership and service.
When I’m not working with clients or volunteering, you’ll find me hiking with my husband and our German Shorthaired Pointer “Trout”, cooking something delicious, tending to my garden, or wine tasting around the Pacific Northwest.
In today’s competitive housing market, it is critical to bring strategy, creativity, and outside-the-box thinking. In addition to my experience in real estate, I have an art and design professional background that lends itself to seeing unique opportunities and allows me to better evaluate potential homes for buyers and plan beautiful staging and marketing with a creative critical eye for sellers. As a Certified Negotiation Expert®, I am skilled at negotiating and winning on behalf of my buyers and sellers, dedicating the time, care, and passion necessary for a successful outcome. My husband is a mortgage lender, which offers invaluable education, serves as an additional resource for my clients, and makes us a formidable team when working together for shared clients. I’m also backed by seven-day-a-week professional office staff and have a strong industry network of top-producing collegial peers; we provide a sounding board for each other on market scenarios, professional expertise, and broker opinions.
